All authority vested in the Public Service Institute of Nigeria are derived from the OHOSF. We will like to assure you that this partnership will enhance service delivery in the provision of housing for Civil servants in the entire Federation while it will also assure them of the safety of their various houses due to strict adherence to standards associated with capacity building for the Housing Providers. In this era of Housing Collapse, responsible Government cannot overlook quality standard adherence, from the Developers. They will be required to go extra miles to ensure that the confidence of the buyers / home owners is guaranteed. The various Primary Mortgage Institutions participating in the provision of Mortgage for employees of the Civil Service will not only make mortgage available but will be in tandem with Government approvals.
DR ABDUL-GANIYU OBATOYINBO (PSIN CEO)
Dr. Abdul-Ganiyu Obatoyinbo was born on the 29th December, 1957 at Iyamoye in Ijumu Local Government area of Kogi State. He started his educational career with St. Barnabas Primary School, Illorin Kwara state and proceeded to Abdul Aziz Attah Memorial College, Okene for his secondary school where he passed the West African School Certificate (WASC) IN 1975. In a quest for additional knowledge, he went to the prestigious University of Ibadan for his Degree program in Sociology in 1980 and later backed it up with a Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration from Bayero University, Kano in 1996. In 2008, he completed his PhD. In Public Administration and Policy Analysis from University of Abuja.

DR ABDUL-GANIYU OBATOYINBO
He started his working career in the Banking sector in 1981 with the former Bank of the North as a Personnel Officer. He rose to Senior Management positions and at various times headed three major branch offices of the Bank until 1995 when he joined the Public Service. He served meritoriously in different strategic positions as Director up till December 2009. While in the Civil service, he served as Secretary of Program (Administrative Head) of the National Poverty Eradication Program (NAPEP) under President Olusegun Obasanjo, GCFR. He also served as Director in other strategic agencies as the National Planning Commission and other Ministries which includes Commerce and Industries, Interior, Women Affairs as well as Tourism and Culture.
Upon his retirement from Civil Service in 2009, Dr. Obatoyinbo returned to private sector as the Managing Director/ CEO of Redbricks Consultants Limited, involved in Human Resource Management Consultancy and has impressive performance record of training in strategic management, culture change and organization development programs for organizations in both the public and private sectors.
Dr. Obatoyinbo, is also an alumnus of the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) and Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant and Cost Management. He has diverse experience and credible record of performance across the public and private sectors particularly his later involvement in human capital development. He was appointed the Administrator of PSIN in 2017 and has built on the foundation he met to turn around the fortune of the institute through the injection of partnerships/ collaborations in strategic partnerships.
PRINCE (DR.) ADEJUWON AKINFOLURIN, FIIM,FIMC
President/CEO
Prince Dr. Adejuwon Akinfolurin is from Ode-Erinje in Okitipupa Local Government in Ikale land. Ondo State, South-West of Nigeria. His early education was at St. Saviours African Church School, Ekotedo. Ibadan and his Secondary School was at the prestigious Ilesa Grammar School, an Ionian School. He attended and graduated from University of Ife, IAR&T and later proceeded to the University of the Philippines (Best Agricultural University in the World) where he graduated as Magna-Cum-Laude from the College of Economics, Developments and Management. He had an MBA in Management of Financial Institutions He was later bestowed with the prestigious Doctor of Business Administration Honoris Causa by the Commonwealth University in United Kingdom . Dr. Akinfolurin has a wealth of experiences in the Banking and Real Estate Mortgage Industry both here in Nigeria and the United States of America. Started his Banking career with the Central Bank of Nigeria, moved to assist in the establishment of Owena Bank as a pioneer Management Staff. Worked with Middle East Bank in Dubai for some years before establishing a thriving Mortgage Bank in Nigeria and Western Atlantic Corporation Nigeria Limited in 1987. He later moved to the United States of America where he founded, and managed Fidelity Trust Mortgage Corporation in Chicago, Illinois, with branches in Houston, Texas and Baltimore, Maryland as a Mortgage Broker. It is noteworthy that Fidelity Trust Mortgage Bank was a Title-2Lender and FHA Lender in the United States of America.

PRINCE (DR) ADE AKINFOLURIN
Prince Akinfolurin also acquired extensive experience in the Real Estate Industry and became CO-Managing Broker of a High Profile Real Estate Company Lakeshore Properties in the USA. The Prince has made a lot of impact in both the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry both in Nigeria where he received many awards and the United States. He has been listed in the famous National Register of “WHO IS WHO” in Executive and Professional in the USA as a result of his contribution to the industry
Dr. Akinfolurin is a Fellow of the Institute of Information Management, Africa (FIIM), a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant, (FIMC), a Chief Data Officer Ambassador for Nigeria. He is the President of Records and Archives Professional Association of Nigeria. (RAPAN) The modality, the formation, curriculum compilation, Resource compilation, for the operation of the Mortgage and Real Estate Academy is the brain-child of Prince (Dr.) Ade Akinfolurin.
